TryDrobe is a product offering of Intuico Digital LLC ("Intuico Digital," "we," "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Your uploaded images are securely stored with encryption on Supabase infrastructure and used solely for providing our virtual try-on service.
AI Processing: Uploaded images are processed by Google's Gemini API solely for generating try-on results. In accordance with Google's Gemini API Usage Policies, your images are not used to train their models or for any purpose beyond providing the API service. Google processes your images only to generate the try-on results you request.
Retention: We retain try-on result images based on your subscription plan tier: 30 days for Basic, 90 days for Pro, and 365 days for Premium. Uploaded selfies and garment images are retained as long as your account is active and until you delete them.
Deletion: You may delete your images at any time from your dashboard. When you delete an image, it is permanently removed from our storage. Note that images used in existing try-ons must have those try-ons deleted first before the original image can be removed.
We rely on trusted service providers to deliver our services. These providers only process your data as necessary to deliver their services to us and are bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations:
OAuth Providers: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google in accordance with their OAuth policies. We do not receive or store your Google password.
