TryDrobe is an AI-powered virtual try-on platform that allows users to visualize how clothing items look on themselves by uploading photos. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate realistic preview images.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TryDrobe. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
We verify age during account creation. If we discover that you are under 18, we will immediately terminate your account and delete all associated data without refund.

Geographic Restrictions: We reserve the right to restrict access to users from certain geographic regions at any time, with or without notice. Any attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPN, proxy services, or other means is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Basic Plan: $12.99/month
Pro Plan: $29.99/month
Premium Plan: $79.99/month
Merchant of Record: All subscriptions are sold through Stripe Managed Payments, where Stripe acts as the merchant of record. This means Stripe is the legal seller of your subscription and handles payment processing, tax calculation and compliance, fraud prevention, and transaction-level customer support. At checkout, you will see "Sold through Link" indicating this arrangement.
Link Account: When you purchase a subscription, you will create or use a Link account (powered by Stripe). You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view transaction history at Link.com. You may also access the Stripe Customer Portal from your billing page within TryDrobe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Credits do not carry over between billing periods and reset to your plan amount each month. We do not store your payment card details.
Each try-on costs 2 credits. Credits reset monthly on your billing date and do not carry overbetween billing periods. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Why Credits Don't Carry Over: Our subscription model is based on monthly capacity rather than cumulative usage. This pricing structure reflects the varying and unpredictable costs of third-party AI services (such as Google Gemini API) that fluctuate month-to-month based on demand, processing requirements, and provider pricing changes. Monthly credit resets allow us to maintain sustainable and predictable pricing for all users while managing these variable operational costs.
Storage Limits: Each plan has limits on stored model photos and garments. You must delete old items to upload new ones if you reach your limit. Try-on results are automatically deleted after the retention period for your plan (30, 90, or 365 days depending on your tier).
Processing Priority: Pro and Premium plans receive priority processing, meaning your try-on jobs are processed ahead of Basic plan users during high-traffic periods.

Content Moderation: We employ automated NSFW (Not Safe For Work) filtering to detect and block inappropriate content. Uploaded images are screened for explicit, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content before processing. Users who repeatedly attempt to upload inappropriate content will have their accounts terminated without refund.
You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading content, you grant TryDrobe a limited license to process, store, and display your images solely for providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Generated try-on images are provided for your personal use. All intellectual property rights in our Service, including our AI technology, remain with TryDrobe.

Virtual try-on results are AI-generated approximations and may not be 100% accurate. Colors, fit, and appearance may vary from actual products. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy and are not responsible for purchasing decisions based on try-on results.
TryDrobe operates a strict no-refund policy. All subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. This includes:
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your plan and remaining credits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining time or unused credits.
Disputes and Chargebacks: Since Stripe acts as the merchant of record for your subscription, payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by Stripe. Stripe may contact you directly regarding any disputes. Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of the dispute process may result in account termination.
Transaction Support: For billing questions or transaction issues, you may contact Stripe directly through your Link account at Link.com, or contact us at info@intuicodigital.com and we will assist in coordinating with Stripe.
In rare and exceptional circumstances (such as technical errors, billing mistakes, or extraordinary situations), we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Such exceptions are not guaranteed and should not be expected.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to abuse of the Service, fraudulent activity, inappropriate content uploads, or age misrepresentation. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Termination by You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon account deletion:
Active Subscriptions: If you have an active Stripe subscription, it may continue to charge you until you cancel it through the Stripe Customer Portal. Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid future charges. We will attempt to reconnect your subscription to a new account if you re-register with the same email address.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRYDROBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TryDrobe, Intuico Digital LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:
This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
TryDrobe reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, including but not limited to subscription plan features, usage limits, pricing, and functionality. Such modifications may be necessary due to changes in third-party service costs (such as AI API providers), operational requirements, regulatory compliance, or service improvements.
Notice of Changes: We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes to your subscription plan via email or through the Service. For changes to subscription pricing, we will provide notice in accordance with applicable law. Enhancements, improvements, or additions to the Service may be implemented at any time.
Your Options: If you do not agree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to your plan benefits until that date.
Continued Use: Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, the Stripe Customer Portal, or by emailing info@intuicodigital.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
There are no cancellation fees. You are not required to speak with a representative or provide a reason to cancel. We will send confirmation of your cancellation via email.
California Residents: Pursuant to California Business and Professions Code Sections 17600-17606, you will receive notice of any price increases before renewal at the new price, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
